Juventus midfielder Andrea Pirlo has revealed that he has been in touch with AC Milan defender Alessandro Nesta about a possible summer move.

Goal.com recently revealed that the center back would be open to a move to the Turin giants at the end of the 2011-12 campaign, and Pirlo has now made it clear that he has already spoken with his former teammate about an eventual transfer.

"Nesta to Juve next year? We have indeed discussed this option," Pirlo stated to Sky Italia.

"However, in the end this is something personal. He already plays at a great team. We'll see what he decides at the end of the season."

Nesta has an expiring contract at the Rossoneri and has yet to make a final decision about his future.
